Help Desk Technician

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an energetic, organized and detail-oriented help desk professional with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to join our growing team. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees and clients with computer, telephone, hardware, and software issues. The Help Desk Technician will also respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement effective solutions. This full-time position will be based (primarily) out of CuraLinc's headquarters in the River North neighborhood of Chicago.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and Respond to All Help Desk Requests in a Professional, Thorough and Timely Manner
  • Provide Technical Assistance for Issues Related to IT Systems, Phone Systems, Software and Hardware
  • Resolve Routine Office IT Issue Including Phone, Fax, Printer, AV, Access Control and Email Issues
  • Assist Remote Employees
  • Provide Technical Support and Assistance for CuraLinc’s 24/7 Call Center
  • Thoroughly Document Internal Procedures
  • Create Step-By-Step Training Materials with Screenshots for Employees and Clients
  • Conduct Staff Training
  • Set Up New Employees (New Laptop/Phone, Office 365, CRM, etc.)
  • Suggest Possible Improvements to Existing Procedures
  • Report Significant and Recurring Issues to Higher Level of Support

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven Success as a Help Desk Technician or Similar IT/Technology-Related Role
  • Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Identify and Troubleshoot Technology Issues
  • Familiarity with PC Hardware and Software (Office 365 Expertise is a Must)
  • Understanding and Experience in Data Networking Including LAN, WAN, FTP, SFTP, VPN, VLAN’s, WI-FI, Access Control/Surveillance System Maintenance and Basic Audio/Video Knowledge
  • Ability to Communicate Effectively with Users with Differing Levels of PC Skills
  • Ability to Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • BS/BA in IT, Computer Science or Related Field Preferred, But Not Required
  • Knowledge of Cisco Call Manager Preferred, But Not Required

EAP/MHSA Case Manager(s)

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking EAP/MHSA Case Managers for full-time and part-time roles. These positions are based out of CuraLinc's office in the River North neighborhood of Chicago and are responsible for providing telephonic assessment, case management and guidance to participants who utilize the program.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide Telephonic Assessment, Consultation and Referral Services to Employees/Members of EAP/MHSA Clients
  • Complete a Comprehensive Psychosocial Analysis of EAP Users, Including Identification of Presenting Concern(s) and Needs Evaluation
  • Develop a Clinical Course of Action for Assessment and Treatment of MHSA Issues or Life Concerns
  • Assist Member in Locating and Securing Appointments for Individual or Group Counseling
  • Act as a Liaison with the Member’s Benefit Plan Resources or Other Population Health Management Resources (if necessary)
  • Review Treatment Plans with Affiliate Provider
  • Perform Timely Follow-Up with Member and Provider to Coordinate Resource Allocation and Determine Impact of EAP Services
  • Maintain Accurate and Complete Records in Compliance with HIPAA and Ethical Guidelines

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (i.e. social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy)
  • Minimum Five Years of Post-Graduate Clinical Experience
  • Independent State License to Practice
  • Fundamental Understanding of MS Office and Contact Management Systems
  • Strong Reasoning Ability – Capacity to Collect Data, Establish Facts, Define Problems, and Draw Valid Conclusions
